Clover paths on new fields
Clover paths have already been sown in the front field; pumpkins were grown in the rear field in 2025. Both will be converted to mosaic strips the following year.
Adlisberg farm
Since spring 2024 we have leased the City of Zurich's Adlisberg farm. The farm is being developed into a demonstration and innovation hub for regenerative mosaic farming.
Today, more than 70% of the Adlisberg farm's 40 ha is grassland. About 10 ha are currently used in crop rotation. We aim to increase production to 14 ha, including garden and greenhouses.
Raptrac test run
Raptrac and Hillbot have set up their workshop at Adlisberg and test their new developments directly on our fields. More about the Raptrac partnership
Guided tour in the strips
More than 300 people came to our 2025 summer festival to get to know the farm and join guided tours.
2025 — A mosaic takes shape
- A first diverse mosaic was established on the field near the house.
- Drainage had to be repaired on some fields.
- Thanks to expanding the temporary setup including a catering kitchen, we were able to hold an autumn festival with over 300 visitors.
2024 — Getting to know the land
- First, the fields are divided into strips and transferred to our GPS system.
- Green manures grow on some fields; on others we already start first trials with potatoes and carrots.
- A renovation is planned. Until that begins, we set up with containers: office and cold store provide a first temporary base.
